We design the mold, inject the part, overmold on copper, assemble and validate — all in-house. Part-level traceability.
AAA plastic injection for all types of components; automotive, structural, precision. We mold any project from 100 to 300 tons.
Our focus is on overmolding of copper busbars, metal components, cables and electronic components for automotive power systems, dielectric sealing, voltage hold-up, robotic positioning and part validation and testing directly from the machine.
Double and triple multi-material injection for all types of components. We combine rigid with TPE for soft-touch, 2K decoration and geometries with two durometers without secondary operations. The part comes out ready, with Class A finishes where required.
A 10-ton clamping force machine dedicated exclusively to high technical complexity components. The small-diameter screw guarantees a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system for barrel material: each cycle processes fresh material, preventing thermal degradation and ensuring stable mechanical properties and color part to part.
